Our Mission

PRIDE uses socially responsible practices throughout its operations; its goal is to do well by doing good. PRIDE is not an attempt to trade financial returns for social policy. Rather, PRIDE aims to increase returns to its investors by using savvy, socially responsible strategies. By treating its workers well and reinvesting some of its profits in the surrounding community, PRIDE believes it will be able to gain access to the best land in the countries in which it mines, starting with Sierra Leone.
