Wade Watson, Director and President

Wade Watson is a co-founder and the President of PRIDE. Mr. Watson serves as the Company’s business strategist in charge of establishing the business practices needed to succeed. Prior to forming PRIDE, he spent seven years as CEO of Client Preservation & Marketing, Inc. (“CPMi”). A financial services marketing company, CPMi sold and conserved over $1 billion of fixed and variable annuities, and functioned as a full service brokerage operation through its broker/dealer affiliation with Raymond James Financial Services (“RJFS”).

CPMi was the number one branch of RJFS nationally in new accounts and premiums and employed over fifteen registered representatives. CPMi created, implemented, and executed innovative marketing programs for companies such as AIG, American Airlines, CNA, Nationwide Financial, ING, AEGON, Presidential Life, and many others.

Prior to CPMi, Mr. Watson spent five years as president of the Client Conservation Group (“CCG”). CCG focused on executing and implementing marketing programs for insurance companies. Mr. Watson graduated from Pepperdine University with a degree in public relations. Upon graduation he spent six months earning a gemologist certificate from the Gemological Institute of America (“GIA”). Before entering the financial services sector, Mr. Watson spent five years marketing and selling fine quality diamond jewelry. In 1991, he created a ‘corporate discount card’ and marketed jewelry for a retail jeweler in southern California that generated over $10 million in annual sales.
